divorce

my husband and i have filed for

divorce after 13 years of marriage he

filed the papers last month on the

12th i just received the papers

yesterday past the 30 response

period and i have a few things to

contest on the complaint we go to

court March 3, in riverside county i

live in long beach, what should i do

The thirty day period in which to file a response begins on the date the papers are personally served on you. You should have enough time to find an attorney to help you in preparing a response.
