Legal Question in Family Law in California
Divorce
My husband is currently living in the house that we purchased. I have never lived in it. He was arrested for molesting my daughter and two other minors. I have not made any attempts to live there. He can have the house. I recently received a wage garnishment for furniture we purchased that he refuses to share with me, but he expects me to pay for it. I need an attorney to give him the house and split the furniture between us both, or give him the financial responsibility to pay for it. That is it. I don't wont anything from him. I never changed my name and I never lived in the house with him that we purchased together.

Re: Divorce
Yes, you need a divorce and these issues need to be resolved. It's possible for either of you to end up with the house, sell it, or otherwise. If you would like to know about terms for hiring me, give me a call.
