My soon to be ex husband is a procrasinator on getting this divorce takin care of. how can i make this go faster? he had filed in june of last year so its been almost a year, i just want out of this marriage soon as possible, how can i do this???

The answer depends upon the status of the case. If you filed a response then request that the matter be set for trial. If your default has been entered then the process will be more difficult. The first step would be to have your default set aside. If the court sets aside the default then file a response. Retaining an attorney to represent you would make the process easier for you.
