Legal Question in Family Law in California

divorce

my husband recently and suddenly walked out on my daughter and myself. I am currently going to school and unemployed. He has been the major source of income for our family our entire marriage. And now wont give me a dime to help pay bills and rent. I am left scrambling to find employment. And he won't communicate at all not even to end the marriage peacefully. I am so scared i don't know what to do.

You need to file for divorce and set a court hearing for child and spousal support, among other things.
