my husband was served divorce papers and did not except them from the server. what do i do next?

File a request to enter default with a declaration from the process server that he served the papers and your husband rejected them.

He does not need to accept the papers from the server. Get a professional process server who knows how to handle service of process. If you paid the previous process server any money, get your money back. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
