What should i do when my husband is sneaking around collecting his sources for a divorce. I am so confuse right now, and I do not know when and what start.

There is probably not much that you can do other than continue to care for your children etc. Consulting with an attorney as discussing the facts of your case will probably make this situation much easier to deal with. California is a no fault state. The court does not want to hear about the problems in your marriage, except as your conduct could affect the safety of the children.
