My husband and I are talking about separation/divorce. He says my name is not on the documentation for our house and he wants me out. Can he kick me out of our house and keep me from our kids?

There is a presumption that the house is community property if it was purchased during the marriage. You should seek the assistance of an attorney immediately or it will not go well for you based upon your husband's current actions.
