Legal Question in Family Law in California

I would like to get divorce and my husband too.

We have been married for 7 years. My questions are:

1- If I leave back to Mexico can he still give me spous support.

2.- We have 2 accounts and he will give me the one that has more money.

3.- If I sign the divorce papers I have to stay in Ca or I can go back to Mexico before it's done the divorce, I heard that it takes about 6 months.

4.- I used to be in Ca a realtor if I go back to Mexico I would like to open a businnes with that money because I didn't finish my carrear.

It depends where in Mexico, as you may be needed for hearings in the US. You may be able to go back and come for hearings, but that could get expensive. Spousal support is on basis of marriage in California.
