Need Divorce

I am indian born canadian citizen live in usa got married to a indian gal in india. Can i file divorce in usa. What is the best way to save my real estate property and bank accounts being divided during divorce process.

As long as you are a resident of CA for 6 months you may file for divorce in CA. An attorney would probably be best to help you consult with and file your paperwork.
