Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce information

I was wondering what the laws in California are for divorce. I was married ot my wife in Virginia, and then we did a real wedding in California. I was in the military and was deploying overseas, that is why we got married there by a Justice of the Peace. I was wondering what state we should file in also if this would cause any problems?
