Divorce Issue
Can i marry right away after i sign our divorce paper? by the way i'm not the petitioner.

You must wait until the judgment of dissolution is entered. The judgment will have on the first page the date that the status of your marriage is terminated and you are a single person. You may not marry until after that date. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

No, you are not officially divorced until the court enters a "Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage."
