Divorce

Can the judge in a divorce case make changes in the report done by the mediator? How do I as a grandparent go about getting this change with the agreement of the

childrens father.

Re: Divorce

If all parties agree in writing, the agreement can be prepared as a Stipulated Order, submitted to the Court and when signed by the Judge it becomes a lawful order modifying the original order.

Your county should have a Family Court Facilitator who can help draft this. If not, seek local legal services or legal aid, or call this office for affordable prepaid legal form preparation.
