Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce jurisdiction

My sons wife filed for divorce in Washington State 90 days ago. He just received the final papers. He was not properly served because necessary pages were missing, so he could not respond with any knowledge of what she was asking. He responded to the court that the pages were missing and never heard from them. Now he found out that she lied and said he was making 4k per month when he hasn't worked for 2 years due to a disability. She also did not tell the court that he file for divorce in California shortly after she did because she had been living in California and even filed for state assistance while in Calif and abtained a drivers license. She claimed to be a resident of Washington based on the fact that they had lived there. Is her divorce valid since she misrepresented the facts and must we obey the court orders to give up his belongings?
