My Ex wife is taking me back to court and has submitted a financial statement. I have found out that she is understating her income from State Disability. She is claiming to receive $1300 a month and it turns out she is getting $655 per week. How should I handle this when we return to Court?

I also found out she has been receiving this amount since August of 07 but did not claim this amount at all when we were in Court on Oct. 15, 2007. How should I handle that ?

Challenge her Income and Expense declaration with creditable evidence. You can also ask her on direct or cross-examination.
