divorce law

my girlfriends ex husband is claiming i am a danger to the children,even though I have never been accused,arrested for any kinds of crimes against children. where as he has a history of physical and mental abuse against his ex wife and his kids. I was convicted of a drug beef and a gun beef in 93. I have had no other problems with the law since. The judge without even interviewing me has signed a court order barring me from the kids.

Your girlfriend will have to go to court and oppose the court order. There should be a hearing on that issue.
