divorce and legal forms?
I am in the process of moving back to Florida from LA with my son. My husband says that he is okay with our son moving and living with me 100%, but I would like to cover all ends. Is there a form i should have him sign before i move back and file in Florida?

There is no specific form that covers this. However, an agreement laying out the terms of your arrangement may be executed by both parties and put before the court to become the order of the court. I would be happy to discuss this further with you.
