Divorce, locked out of rooms in our house

W/O my knowledge, he changed the locks on our master bedroom/bathroom & our full bedroom downstairs & tossed my belongings out of those rooms. My son (not from marriage) & I moved out of our house in fear of our safety due to his aggressive behavior and past violence. He filed papers requesting for spousal support, me to pay the full mortgage, and give him 1500 for moving expenses. He refuses to get another job. He excuses his low income by saying his biz of 1.5 yrs is still getting started. He reported his income of 500/mo while I make 100k/yr. I have proof showing that he's lieing about his income and expenses. I'm not sure exactly how much he makes, but he has income from his biz & 2 rentals.

I'm a single mom and do not receive child support. I have a large expense with my commute for work and additional living expenses for moving. I can't afford to cover his requests. What are his chances of being granted those requests? What will the judge consider?

Without a full review of your finances and his it would be impossible to give you an opinoin. You should bring a motion for exclusive use and possession of the house. You will need and attorney on this. The issues are too complex and may very well depend upon the judge that decides your case. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

You might want to consider bringing your own motion for a restraining order against him. As far as spousal support goes, I really need more info. You may contact me to discuss this matter further.
