How long do i have to wait after a divorce to remarry. If the divorce has been gong on since january of 2005 they have been seperated this whole time. So whould i be able to marry her as soon as her divorce is final?

Yes, as soon as the dissolution is final as to status you can marry. It is possible to file a bifurcation and dissolve the marraige prior to the remainder of the issues being final. Good Luck, Pat McCrary

She can terminate the marriage at any time by noticed motion, so long as she was in Cal for 6 months before filing.
