divorce?
In 1984 I got married, due to me going in and out of prison the past 34 years we have not lived as husband and wife. Could please inform me what steps to take to get a divorce? What forms to I need to: fill out, serve her and file with the San Bernardion County courts?

You need to file a petition for dissolution of marriage, have a summons issued, fill out and serve a statement of assets. You would also need the form to request that the court waive filing fees. Then you must serve a blank response form and form for the disclosure of assets.
