divorce

i had gotten married in jan 10, 2001 in Ca, left for the military jan 22, 2001, returned from training june 10, 2001 to find out that she had been seeing some other man and i have not seen or heard from her since...how can i get a divorce

You will need to file a petition for divorce where you reside. One potential problem will be providing her with notice of the divorce proceeding. Normally, you need to have her served with the paperwork, but if you can at least locate the city where she lives, you can have her served by publication in a local newspaper.
