I am divorce for last 4 month and have been paying spousal and child support for last 13 month which is temporary order. I was married for 5 years 8 month. I have another trial date setup on 31st may 2012.

I saw a online status "Order-Withhold Income-Child Suppt" yesterday. I am all uptodate paying my child and spousal support I write check to my ex.

whats the procedure for "Order-Withhold Income-Child Suppt"

Do i have to goto court and tell them i have been paying everything upto date?

I dont want they take extra money. please advice.

The Order Withhold Income is a wage garnishment.

As a matter of right, the other parent can request this if they wish, and it will always be granted. I would stop sending your ex the money directly since a garnishment now appears to be put into effect.
