my mother is separated but still married and her and her husband own a buisness. she is not part of it and is a teacher but her name is on everything, he has refused to pay taxes for two years and is sqaundering the buisness. Now her teacher paycheck is being garneshed. what can she do she is really worried about losing her home and all her money

She needs to file for a dissolution of marriage and try to take action to stop the squandering of the business assets. Retaining an attorney to represent her would be a good investment of time and monye.
