Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce

I just had my order to show cause hearing. im not sure what to do next to finalize my divorce. i filed in dec 08, we both want it final. no property, two kids, but we have a parenting agreement. he is currently spending time in the brig for a special court martial, he got a bcd. im not sure what forms to fill out next or what. i do not have a lawyers.

Check with the court about a family law clinic. These clinics provide free help with preparing the necessary paper work including judgments.
