Divorce - Ownership of car

My ex and I wil be legally divorced in August. The loan for our car is solely in my name, the title is and/or with both of us and it is insured under his name. Since I make all the payments for the car, is there a way to legally get it back in my possession?

You will have to file a motion for the vehicle to be transferred into your name or that he refinance the vehicle in his name alone.
