You can file for a restraining order; File for a dissolution; File for child custody; and, file for spousal support. You should consult and/or hire an attorney to review the facts in detail before starting the process on your own. Good luck and thanks for inquiring.

Re: Divorce , Palimony

First obtain a domestic violence restraining order agains him. the order can do the following, 1 keep him 100 to 300 yards away from you, and 2 the same distance from the children. 3 he can be removed from the family home leaving you and the children free to live there. Then file for a divorce and request spousal support, child support and one half of all of the assets. If he forcesc the issue you can file a palimony suit against him. It he attacks you or threatens to attack before you can go to court for the restraining order call the police and request that they obtain a restraining order agains him. they can do so immediately by calling the on duty judge and asking for one.
