divorce papers served

my wife is trying to serve papers to me and the process server has not yet located me. she has informed me that they were dropped off at my place of business. is this legal?no one at work knows anything?

It can be served at your business by substitute service. Why don't you just accept the papers and get this going. You gain nothing by avoiding service and if the judge finds out he will assume that is part of your character, which will go against you. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
