Legal Question in Family Law in California

All our divorce papers have been submitted but we've been told it will take 30 days since I signed the papers( I signed them today), and then another 30 days until the judge declares us divorced. Is there any way we can bifurcate this marriage sooner than 60 days? Both my husband and I want it over with asap and he is in a relationship right now and it's very important to him to have the divorce finalized. I live in California, county of Los Angeles.

Some judges will allow an exparte hearing, if all parties agree, but you would also need an attorney, and he and his attorney would need to be there.
