No. Why pay two filing fees? If you haven't filed and you two agree, do you qualify for Summary Dissolution? Do that. If not, one of you files the petition, then do an agreement that the non-contesting party signs, notarized, and file a "default" judgment.
All the bang without the buck (no second filing fee).
