I plan to divorce with my wife. During our marriage, she bought many homes without my knowledge. She is the only owner of those houses. Now she has a huge mortgage loan for those houses. After divorce, do I have to pay for the mortgage of those homes ?

Well it depends. Where did she get the money for these homes? Did you have a prenup? Did she have her own money before the marriage? If she used community money for those homes and you have no pre nup you probably have some liability. There is a neeed for an attorney to help you sort this out.
