We had the preliminary hearing and the judge awarded my wife 3500.00 per month. I have a great deal of debt and struggle with just paying my bills. What avenues should I take before the final hearing to reduce the spousal support. She is presently cheating on me and has lived with a man for the last 3 months. She has changed her address to his and lies in the original papers that she is staying with a girl friend.

Hire a private investigator to get pictures and to give testimony. If you can prove she is cohabiting with a member of the opposite sex, you may not have to pay spousal support.
