Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am currently going through a divorce proceeding without an attorney (my former wife also does not have an attorney) and found recently that my former spouse submitted final judgment declaration, income and expense statements and notice of defualt paperwork while naming me as the petitioner and her as the respondent. She entered all of my income and expense information (her estimates) and signed and notarized the documents without my knowledge...I only found this out by looking at our case over the internet. How should I proceed? What can I do to ensure this is found to be false. She has entered income amounts that are more than I make and income for herself that is incorrect.

Thank you.

You need to get your story straight before we can even begin to help you. There are not many notaries who will falsify notarial acknowledgements. And it's pretty obvious if a woman shows up and says she's a man signing documents there is fraud involved. You can't get useful help here without providing clear, complete and accurate information.
