Divorce and property

I purchased a car in my name only because my husbands credit was not good. Since the purchase we have divorced and he makes the monthly payment to me. Lately he has been 1-2 weeks late in payment and I cannot continue to make the payment on time without his cooperation. The loan will not be paid off until Feb 2009. Do I have any recourse in getting the courts to help me?

You can file an order to show cause requesting that you be allowed to keep the car and that he be ordered to pay for it. Might be better to request short-term spousal support.
