Divorce Property Settlement

To preserve a family home, upon divorce can the property be put into a trust with both husband's and wife's names with the stipulation that, upon the death of either, the property will go to the two adult children? How will the issue of which trustee may occupy the property until then be settled? What area of proactice does this fall under?

You goal could be obtained through either family law or probate law. The choice would depend upon the circumstances of your situation and how you want handle the increase or decrease in value and taxe consequences that may result from holding the property for a lengthy time after the divorce.
