Divorce question?

I got divorced in 2004, part of the resolution was I claimed my oldest son for taxes and she claimed the younger son. The oldest son is of age now. The younger son moved in with me on June 1, 2008. She got remarried in September of 2008. She thinks she still has a right to claim him. Does she?

If the child does not reside with a parent for more than 50% of the time that parent cannot claim the child unless the other parent signs a form allowing the deduction.
