Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce question. I am respondent. Case has been petitioned and responded within 30 days. Court fees have been paid. Very lost on what to do with financial disclosure. Neither of us care. We have no kids. No assets. No property. We just want to be done as soon as possible and as cheaply as possible. I've been looking at F-144 forms that say we have financial disclosure but then it sounds like we still need to fill out financial disclosure. It's so confusing.

Help would be very much appreciated.

Can I tell you that cheaply doesn’t always mean best and fastest. You still have the six month waiting period. Divorces are form intensive. It’s been a while since I worked on a divorce but some disclosures can be waived. I would suspect that based on your description, you could hire an attorney to do your paperwork. Get it done right, have them track it, etc and not cost you a whole lot.
