How do my husband & I dismiss our own divorce case with the court without our attorneys?

Re: Divorce & reconciliation

Thank you for your question. Have you spoken to your attorneys and told them you are reconciling? Any good attorney will happily file a Notice of Dismissal on the behalf of a client who has reconciled with their spouse. If your attorney is not willing to do that, then you may need to ask them to sign a Substitution of Attorney, placing yourself in as your own attorney, then filing the Dismissal on your own.

I hope this answers your question.
