Legal Question in Family Law in California

I am going through a divorce with a 'recovering' drug addict. We have 3 children. He keeps threatening that he has things on me from my past and to play fair with custody or he will get me in trouble. He has nothing on me as I haven't done anything. Is there anything I can do for his threatening me?

He threatens because he wants some custody rights. Not what sure what play fair with custody means. Not sure what the threats really are. You need an attorney, you need to figure what's in the best interest of the children and stop fighting, it only hurts the children.
