I have been remarried for 25 yrs. My first husband and I were married 10 years. He resides in Calif. I live in Az. My first husband has retired and gets retirement income. He is 67 yrs. old. Can I draw a sum from his retirement now? Our divorce was in Ca.

Yes you can try to try to set aside the judgmente if you feel like you were misinformed about the terms of the settlement.
