divorce as a result of rape

my husband raped me in Feb 08, and our dissolution will be Nov 08. He has a lawyer, and I cannot afford one as my x has control of all the money, including our tax refund from this year. I am so devestated from the rape, I am having a hard time filling out paperwork, etc.He is a steparent of 4 yrs to my son & wants visitation. Is there any lawers in the Bay Area eho can help at no cost? Already have a restraining order. Thanks.

You should consult with the modest means panel for your local bar association. Or you could scrape up the money and an attorney can help you get an award of attorneys fees from your husband.
