Divorce and retirement

Does having a business or self employment during marriage have an assumed amount of retirement contribution to a marriage? If yes, how do I, in Pro-per request that information or verification be provided.

You need to do adequate discovery to uncover what exactly are the retirement rights you are entitled to. It is never a good idea to be completely pro per when you are dealing with any significant legal rights or financial rights.
