Divorce sale of home
I was sick on the day of court to get child support. Lawyer calls me and said judge let him choose my realator, 103 temp was confused and pissed. She came to my door listing price already in hand without even steping foot in door. Before this husband calls say my lawyer is cool they all sat together at court and decided things without me. He says my lawyer knows the realator, I ask her how she knows him she said she doesnt. will she lied their kids are on the same pop warner team. So heres my problem everytime I have asked my lawyer why he was allowed to choose my realator he said because the house was going into forcloser this is not so . I would call and tell him he needs to ask judge to makle husband pay morgage payments he never did this until he appointed the realator. And then judge said husband has to pay morgage until sold. I asked him to havejudge defer the sale he said she wonnt do that because IM stay at home mom and husband is living off big inheritance because he was layed off. so now 24,000 00 later still no support and he has the house money in a trust with him. I wasnt recieving my bills just the first one . I called and told them to send me a bill it incredible all the realator fees conversations so high and I had

If you are being represented it is a good idea to make sure that your attorney is keeping you informed of your case. It appears that you are not being well appraised of the goings on in your case, I would bring that up with your attorney to explain things better for you.
