Re: divorce

It may be that your husband breached his fiduciary duty to you during the marriage. There are a number of things that you can and should do to protect your interests. If you have filed for divorce, you can conduct discovery, which involves formal methods for obtaining information. It may also be advisable to join this third party to your divorce case. Joinder is a technical procedure that ensures the party will be bound by the family law court's judgment. It is a good idea to join parties that have claims on marital property. You should consult with an experienced family law attorney. Be careful - this is a relatively complicated case and you need an attorney who knows whatthey are doing and will give your case the attention it needs.
