Divorce in seperate Counties

He lives in Contra Costa County, I live in San Joaquin County. Under Child Visitation, do I have to explain ''Other''? Does the Proof Of Summons have to be mailed in? I am currently Unemployed, where can I find free legal advice/lawyer?
