divorce settlement

My divorce was recorded by the court on 1/8/08 and settlement pmt. to be paid within 10 days(1/18/08) I have not received my small settlement, when I contacted my atty. she drafted a short ltr. to his atty. asking for pmt. sent me a copy of this along with her withdrawl as my atty . I am shocked she dropped me, but also angry about not receiving my settlement and now don;t know how to go about getting my funds.? Please advise how I can do this myself.

if you already have a judgment in your favor, file a writ of examination.
