divorce settlement

we have a vehicle registered jointly that was acquired during our 6 year marriage that he has possession of and uses but does not want to divide in settlement, what do i have to do to compel the property split?

If you cannot come to an agreement a judge will divide the property. Call me directly for assistance.

Offset the value somewhere else, or go to trial and have the judge split it pursuant to the code. It would be prudent to have an attorney to represent you in property negotiations. Especially if there are retirement accounts involved.
