Divorce Situation
Again thanks to the 2 attorneys who have gotten back to my question about divorce of my Son and daughter in law. Question again, She took a large amount of money without telling my Son wrote out a check in her Fathers name, so the money is in her father's account. Is this taken in to account, when she gets her half of the property, also is it legal to get credit cards, without your husbands permission, and have his name put on some as the primary, she did this. This is a great free legal service, that I appreiate so very much, this is hard not only for my Son but for the family, there is also a new baby grandaughter involved and my Sons heart is hurting so much. Is there a abandament of property issue, if the Mother walks out. It has only been 2 weeks. Thanks again, i believe this is a great tool and forum to come to.

It would appear from your statement that a considerable amount of money involved. To protect your son and his child retain an attorney to represent him. The issue with the credit cards and the money she has taken can be resolved only by a full discussion of the facts with an attorney. That cannot be done over the internet.
