Legal Question in Family Law in California
I'm in a divorce situation. What are the required forms to subpoena financial records of my wife? I have forms SUBP-010 and SUBP-025. I have also seen online that I need a "notice of taking deposition - records only." I do not see any such form on the California court website.

Please don't take this the wrong way but you are in way over your head if you cannot figure out these forms. You can try visiting the Family Law Facilitator or Self Help office at the court house. That is what they are for. If you still don't get it after that, you really will have to hire an attorney or face getting stomped in court.
I agree with Mr. McCormick. Additionally, you have to comply with the Consumer Records requirement, which involves serving your wife or her attorney with a notice that you seek her consumer records. That must be done prior to serving the subpoena, under strict timelines, which are too lengthy and complex to explain here.
