how do i get a divorce with my spouce if he wont sign the papers ? we been seperated for 13 years and he wont sign them everytime i ask him too,, i dont know what to do PLEASE help me i live in southern calif.

You need to seek the advice of an attorney. Your spouse cannot prevent you from obtaining a divorce. You can serve your spouse, then take the default if an answer is not filed. If the answer is filed then set the matter for trial. After 13 years of separation there should be very little community property to divide. The peace of mind you obtain by completing the process will justify the attorney fees involved in completing the process.
