Legal Question in Family Law in California

Divorce help

If my spouse has filed april 2005 had me served and i never filed a response. Can I file a response now since its been 10 1/2 months. We have reconcilled till now. Or do i need to start from the begining?

You should contact an attorney. Unless she has filed a default you should be able to file a response. If she has filed the default then you should file a motion to have it set aside.
