divorce summary

hi,

I am filling for summary dissolution of marriage with a girl I married in Aug 11 2005 and separated on december of 2005 but i forgot about the fact I was married to her... Now i want to get a divorce... and are wonderring how long will it take for us to get completelly divorce. we both signed the joint petition form for summary dissolution, we have no kids nothing together. can you please help.

Summary dissolutions are usually granted 6 months and one day after filing. This ensures that the residency requirement is met.
